This week our legal assistant Jill Heymann and property law attorney Ryan Lewis attended their quarterly sales and professional development training with the Growth Coach of Greater Baltimore.
Our office has been working with David Kelly and his team for several years. The purpose of the Growth Coach is to:
- Be more focused, effective and strategic
- Earn more money
- Work less
- Enjoy a richer life
Everyone that joins our team will immediately enroll and attend professional development training with the Growth Coach. You will learn how to sell and develop business. You will also set both professional and personal goals. Most importantly, our team, along with the Growth Coach, will hold you accountable.
Ryan’s plan this quarter is to grow his tax lien and property law practice by taking high value meetings with strategic referral partners. We have a set a goal of at least five meetings a week. He’s also learning the important of providing value to others beyond just referring cases.
Jill’s personal goal this quarter is to score high on the LSAT exam. Our office has given her the resources and time to achieve this goal. Additionally, she will continue to provide support to our office with regards to setting meetings with strategic referral partners. Ultimately, after graduating law school and passing the bar we want to see Jill join our office as an attorney.
