Kacie Eberwein serves as an Intake Coordinator at Albers & Associates. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and supportive first experience, taking the time to listen, understand each person’s circumstances, and help guide them through the next steps.
Before joining Albers & Associates, Kacie built her career in human services and training and development, working closely with professionals serving children and families. Her experience strengthened her ability to communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds, navigate sensitive and sometimes difficult situations with compassion, and remain organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.
Kacie earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Towson University. Her academic interest in the criminal justice system, combined with her professional background in helping others, ultimately led her to pursue a career where she could bring those experiences together within the legal field.
Kacie believes that people seeking legal help deserve to feel heard, respected, and supported from their very first interaction with the firm. She strives to make the intake process feel less overwhelming while ensuring each potential client receives the attention and care their situation deserves.
Outside of the office, Kacie enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, family and friends, and keeping up with her two dogs. She loves exploring new places and is always looking forward to planning her next adventure
