For the past decade, Angelica has devoted her practice to representing people whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries caused by the failures and wrongful conduct of others. Her experience has given her a deep appreciation for both the legal and human sides of this work and a strong belief in the importance of meaningful advocacy for people facing powerful insurance companies and institutions. Her practice includes motor vehicle collisions, premises liability cases, dog bites, and other serious injury claims. She approaches every case with a clear purpose: solve the problems standing in her client’s way and build the strongest possible case for full accountability. That means dealing with treatment and transportation obstacles, insurance delays, mounting medical bills, and financial pressure while making sure the insurance company cannot minimize what the injury has cost her client.

Angelica is an active member of the Maryland plaintiffs’ bar and serves on the Board of Governors of the Maryland Association for Justice, an organization dedicated to protecting the civil justice system and the rights of injured Marylanders.

She earned her law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law where she interned for Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of what was then the Maryland Court of Appeals and for Judge George L. Russell III of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. After graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to Judge Richard S. Bernhardt of the Circuit Court for Howard County before entering private practice.

Outside of the office, Angelica enjoys traveling with her family, attending Michigan football and basketball games, cheering on the Orioles and Ravens, and volunteering at her kids' school.
