Ross W. Albers – Attorney
Ross W. Albers graduated from the prestigious University of Baltimore School of Law with a concentration in criminal practice. His passion for the legal system earned him an editorial position on the Law Review.
While attending law school, Ross worked as an insurance adjuster for Travelers Insurance. He was a member of the Special Liability Group and focused on high-profile cases involving asbestos, lead paint, trucking accidents, and more.
Ross also attended Bucknell University, earning a degree in Business Management. He played on Bucknell’s nationally ranked lacrosse team.
Ross W. Albers currently resides in Carroll County, Maryland with his wife Emily and their four dogs: Bing, Brooklyn, Freddie, and Henry.
After passing the bar exam, Attorney Ross W. Albers left his position as an insurance adjuster and began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office. There he prosecuted criminal, DUI, juvenile, and traffic cases in the circuit and district courts of Maryland.
Along with the State of Maryland, Ross is also barred in the United States District Court of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice, Maryland State Bar Association, Baltimore County Bar Association, and Carroll County Bar Association.
While Ross takes on challenging cases from a broad spectrum of legal practices, he focuses on being the best at his craft in criminal defense, DUI and DWI, juvenile defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice. By focusing primarily on those sectors, he is able to stay on top of the ever-evolving Maryland laws involved with each.

Robert Graham Fiore – Of Counsel

He offers his clients an aggressive but balanced perspective earned through his handling of thousands of Maryland state and federal court cases, jury trials, hearings and negotiations over the past 36 years.
Mr. Fiore is known for his ability to provide clients with compassionate and trustworthy counsel and is often commended for his accessibility, his diligence, and his proficiency in obtaining trial and settlement results that exceed his clients’ expectations.
Thomson Reuters/Baltimore Magazine has named Mr. Fiore as a Maryland Super Lawyer in the area of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law for the past twelve consecutive years. He also carries a rating of 10 (highest available) with Avvo, a national directory ranking more than 90% of licensed attorneys in the United States.
Mr. Fiore received his law degree from The Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Providence College in Rhode Island. He is certified by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, (NITA), to teach advocacy skills, having completed NITA’s intensive professional training program at Harvard Law School in 1993.
Craig A. Ross – Attorney
As a former public defender for Baltimore County, Craig A. Ross has built up a wealth of expertise on a variety of legal topics, particularly that of criminal defense. He has served the public for many years and has proven time and time again, that experience is a great teacher.
He is federally and locally barred, which means there are few cases he is not prepared for. In addition to his time as a public defender in Baltimore County, he also served in his own private practice, and in the office of the Public Defender in Baltimore City. Craig A. Ross has a vigorous habit for continuously seeking out recent, relevant legal knowledge to apply to his cases. His dedication to constant learning has made him into a formidable litigator.
Tom Green Jr. – Associate Attorney
Since passing the bar exam on his first attempt, Mr. Green has been providing expert legal services in a variety of areas. He graduated from Liberty University, where he also attended law school. Since his graduation, he has worked tirelessly to advocate for his clients in estate planning, corporate law, and many other legal areas.
Ashley Hoover – Litigation Paralegal
Ashley started with Albers & Associates in May 2018. She is the firm’s Litigation Paralegal and head of Office Operations. Ashley assists attorneys in case work up from intake through trial and is extensively knowledgeable in the litigation and settlement process. Ashley prides herself in her ability to investigate facts related to her cases all while advocating endlessly for her clients.
Sara Reed Savanuck – Paralegal
Sara has been with the firm since August 2018. She interned for the Office of the State’s Attorney for Cecil County for a year and received her Paralegal Certificate from Community College of Baltimore County. She is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Legal and Ethical Studies from the University of Baltimore.
Brittany Smith – Paralegal
Handling complex and delicate situations comes easily to Brittany, as her background is in front end management and customer service. She is dedicated and hardworking in every aspect of her position.
Rachel Massoni Dolly – Paralegal
Rachel has been a paralegal since 2017 with considerable knowledge of the law in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. She found her place with Albers & Associates in 2019 and currently aides in client cases from intake through settlement. Rachel’s main focus is continuously communicating with her clients and through a very strong work ethic, ensuring her clients the best result.
