A licensed attorney in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, Jason brings nearly two decades of legal experience and a career-long focus on real estate, title insurance, and settlement services. Throughout his career, he has advised clients on a wide range of real estate matters, conducted more than 1,000 settlements, and worked closely with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate professionals, investors, and developers to successfully navigate transactions from contract to closing.

Jason's connection to the title industry began long before law school. Growing up, he worked in his family's title companies in Texas, where his first responsibilities included title plant management and data entry. While attending college in Maryland, he helped launch a title company in Chestertown and gained firsthand experience in every aspect of title operations. Over the years, he has worked in virtually every role within a title office, giving him a unique understanding of the settlement process and the challenges faced by clients and industry professionals alike. Having spent much of his career serving clients throughout Maryland and the Baltimore metropolitan area, Jason has developed longstanding relationships within the local real estate community.

Jason is passionate about building strong partnerships, improving operational efficiency, and helping clients achieve smooth and successful closings. When he is not in the office, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and spending as much time as possible with his two sons.
