Bio

Rachel is a dedicated family law paralegal whose personal background has shaped her compassionate, client-focused approach. As the child of divorced parents, she was drawn to family law early on and understands the emotional challenges many clients face.

She graduated cum laude from The George Washington University with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and later earned her Juris Doctor with a Family Law Concentration from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. During college and law school, Rachel gained hands-on experience in family court, worked in family law practices, and served as a mediator in a divorce mediation clinic. Her published writing on innovative approaches to divorce has appeared in journals nationwide and earned multiple awards.

Before joining Albers & Associates, Rachel worked at a family law firm in Towson, where she developed extensive knowledge of Maryland family law and strengthened her skills in research, drafting, and client support. She brings empathy, organization, and a strong commitment to guiding clients through challenging transitions.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and French Bulldog. Jury, is an avid Ravens fan, loves listening to and playing music, doing home-improvement projects, and gardening (when the weather is nice).
