Mike Griffith brings over 29 years of experience in Government, Business Development and leadership roles. After serving two tours in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer, Mike entered the private sector where he has played key roles in leading and growing several companies including advising, sports and real estate.

Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for both The Arc Northern Chesapeake Region and the Maryland Builders Industry Association.

In addition to his role with Albers & Associate, Mike continues to serve in the Maryland General Assembly as a State Delegate representing Harford and Cecil Counties. Mike currently serves on the Ways and Means and is the Vice Chair of the House Veterans Caucus, where he has been recognized as the 2021 Arc Maryland and the 2024 Maryland Military Coalition’s State Legislator of the Year.
