Bio
Kaley Gouws has joined Albers & Associates as a trusted law clerk with plenty of leadership experience. While working on her higher education, she was the President of the Aspiring Journalists, Competitive Mock Trial Team, and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, all at Virginia Tech, College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. She is currently a J.D. candidate at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Before moving to America from South America in 2018, Kaley spent a lot of her time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and animal welfare nonprofits like the Montgomery Animal Care and Adoption Center and Bonding with Animals Through Recreation. This spirit of giving to others in need is clear in her work now that she is a law clerk at our firm. Kaley has a genuine compassion and interest in the success of others that clients and other members of our law firm appreciate.
When she has time to relax, Kaley often runs, swims, paints, picks up a new book, or watches true crime shows with her roommate. Many of her free weekends are spent going to her parents’ home in Virginia to spend quality time with them and help with various chores around the house.
