Connor earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina in 2022.

Before joining the firm, Connor interned at Commercial Metals Company, working with the HR team and Safety department. Connor then worked at Rand Worldwide as an HR Coordinator.

During his free time, he enjoys playing and watching hockey, being outdoors, and reading.
