Brittany earned her Juris Master from Liberty University and her Bachelor of Science in Forensic Psychology from DeSales University, where she also minored in Criminal Justice. She also obtained her Paralegal Studies Certificate, combining her interest in human behavior with her dedication to the legal field.

Before joining Albers & Associates, Brittany worked within the Maryland Judiciary as a Criminal Clerk, Courtroom Clerk, and Unit Supervisor. Each position strengthened her understanding of the court system, from the fast pace of criminal proceedings to the careful management of case files and courtroom operations. She has refined her skills through years of hands-on experience in criminal, civil, traffic, and rent court matters. During her time as a Supervisor, Brittany completed more than twenty professional development courses focused on leadership, communication, and case flow, further enhancing her ability to lead with confidence and precision.

At Albers & Associates, Brittany brings that same level of focus, professionalism, and compassion to her work every day.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, along with their corgi and bunny. She loves traveling, reading, and writing.
