Carroll County DUI Alcohol Treatment North Carroll DUI Counseling Center

If you have been arrest for a DUI in Carroll County, Maryland, then consider an alcohol assessment and treatment at North Carroll DUI Counseling Center.

North Carroll DUI Counseling is recognized by the courts

Every client that works with me on their Carroll County driving under the influence case is encouraged to enroll in and complete an alcohol assessment and treatment program prior to going to court.  If you don’t do this and are found guilty after trial or as part of a plea agreement with the Carroll County State’s Attorney’s Office, then the court will order you to complete an assessment and treatment as part of your criminal sentence.

Typically, a first time DUI offender in Carroll County will be recommended to complete a 12 hour alcohol education program.  Sometimes, more treatment is necessary depending on the outcome of your DUI assessment.  The next level of treatment would be a 26 week program.

While the Law Office of Ross W. Albers is always prepared and ready to take your Carroll County DUI case to trial, completing DUI alcohol treatment prior to going to court is our client’s protection against going to jail on a first offense driving while impaired arrest in Westminster, Maryland.

Recently, I handled a Carroll County DWI case for a client that completed alcohol treatment at North Carroll Counseling Center.  The Carroll County District Court judge was very impressed with my client’s treatment at North Carroll Counseling Center and commented that it is an excellent program and well respected in the community.
