Jillian earned her Bachelors of Science in Legal Studies Magna Cum Laude from Stevenson University in 2019. While there, she received over twenty certifications on relevant legal technology, and was a member of the National Legal Honor Society. 

Before joining the firm, Jillian interned at the State’s Attorney’s Office of Anne Arundel County Circuit Court, working with criminal matters varying from traffic matters to serious felony cases. Jillian then worked at a prestigious law firm in Anne Arundel County, as the Litigation Paralegal, gaining experience in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, and Medical Malpractice matters.

In September 2019, Jillian joined Decker, Tychostup & Friedman as their Personal Injury Paralegal. In April 2020, Decker, Tychostup & Friedman merged with Albers & Associates, where Jillian became the head Personal Injury Paralegal for Pre-Litigation and Litigation matters. During her time as a Paralegal with Albers & Associates, she gained additional experience in every other area of law Albers & Associates offers; Civil, Estate, Criminal, and Family Law. 

Jillian is married with two boys. During her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, spending time outside, and watching sporting events. 

In March 2024, Jillian was promoted to Director of Firm Operations, where she manages the day to day operations of the firm. She is a driven, results-oriented professional who extends exceptional service to Albers & Associates clients. She has extensive knowledge of the culture and operations. With her passion for leadership, she has proven to be an invaluable asset to the team.
